Double distilled from selected white grapes (Chenin Blanc and Colombard) and matured in oak barrels for a minimum of five years, this small-batch brandy reflects the untamed beauty of the Kalahari. Gleaming amber with copper undertones, the nose offers sun-dried apricot, lemon zest, and faint earthy tones reminiscent of Kalahari truffles. Subtle banana, litchi and raspberry add a bright fruit lift. On the palate, it is balanced and textured, revealing flavours of stewed citrus, baked apple and delicate spice. The mouthfeel is silky, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with echoes of honeyed fruit and a whisper of nutmeg.
