This exceptional single-varietal Cape Brandy is made from 100% Colombard grapes harvested when the millennium was still young. Double distilled in a copper Potstill and matured for 20 years in a diverse range of old oak barrels, including Limousin, Allier, Nevers, Eastern European, and American casks.
