Durbanville Hills

Produced from cool‑climate Merlot grapes grown in Durbanville, double distilled in copper stills and aged for 10 years in French oak, this brilliant amber‑burgundy brandy is elegant yet intense. The nose reveals mulberries, glazed cherry, cedarwood, vanilla and a hint of mint. On the palate, flavours of raspberries, cherry‑fruit‑cake, white chocolate and thyme meld with smooth, full‑bodied oak. The finish is delicate yet lingering, with well‑integrated dark spices. A beautifully balanced expression that honours both terroir and mastery.
