- 25ml Brandy
- 25ml Blind Tiger Gin
- 10ml Citrus
- 3 Dashes Santy bitters
- Top up with a Stoney.
Method
- Build over ice and stir.
- Garnish with lime wheel, Fynbos and aromatic bitters.
