Ingredients
- 25ml Blended Brandy
- 25ml Caperitif
- 25ml Spirit of Rooibos
- 1 Lemon wedge squeeze
- Soda water
- Lemonade
Method
- Build over ice, stir all ingredients.
- Fill halfway with soda water and top up with lemonade.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel with dried flower and Fynbos olive oil drizzle.
