This rare limited‑reserve brandy is distilled in the same traditional Potstill and matured for at least 25 years in French oak, making it one of the oldest expressions from Sydney Back. It shines with a deep amber hue and a complex nose of ripe plum, peach, cigar box, caramel and baking spice. The palate is rich and mature, bursting with vibrant dried peaches, roasted almond, honeyed figs, straw wine and sultana.
