Crafted from early‑harvest Chenin Blanc and carefully double distilled in a 60 hl French-style alembic still, the spirit is matured for a full 15 years in small French oak barriques Rich antique‑gold in colour, the bouquet offers deep dried‑peach, ripe plum, vanilla bean and a subtle hint of cigar box. On the palate, lush notes of caramelised apricot, almond skin, honeycomb and soft oak tannin unfold with a smooth, velvety texture.
