Distilled using the traditional Cognac method in copper stills and matured for five years in genuine French oak barrique, this small-batch brandy expresses Wellington terroir with distinction. Amber gold in the glass, the nose is generous with vanilla, soft spice and poached fruit. The palate is smooth and approachable, with flavours of caramelised apple, golden raisin, toasted oak and a hint of white pepper. The finish is rounded and gently spiced, with elegant length.
