50ml Ladismith 8 year old
5ml Buchu cordial syrup
10ml Elderflower syrup
15ml Lemon juice
One egg white
2 Dash angostura bitters
Garnish – small White Meringue
Method
2 Buchu tea bags 3 minutes in hot water – one teaspoon citric acid
500ml hot water / 500grams sugar = 700ml
2 tsp citrus acid.
