Ingredients

  • 50ml Ladismith 8 year old
  • 5ml Buchu cordial syrup
  • 10ml Elderflower syrup
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • One egg white
  • 2 Dash angostura bitters
  • Garnish – small White Meringue

Method

  • 2 Buchu tea bags 3 minutes in hot water – one teaspoon citric acid
  • 500ml hot water / 500grams sugar = 700ml
  • 2 tsp citrus acid.
