Ingredients

  • 1 Sugar cube / Shave jaggery
  • 1 Bar spoon Demerara
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 50ml Brandy

Method

  • Combine ingredients and stir
  • Garnish with an orange twist and fynbos.
