Ingredients
- 37.5 ml potstill brandy
- 12.5 ml Antica Formula Rosso
- 4 dashes of bitters
- 12.5 ml pale dry sherry
- half a fresh egg white
Method
- Dry shake ingredients
- Wet shake again with ice and double strain
- Garnish with a dried orange slice and a fynbos flower
