Blanco Sour
- Sour

Ingredients
- 50ml The Inventer XO Blanco brandy
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 25ml Pineapple juice
- 25ml Orange juice
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- 25ml Aqua Faba (chickpea juice)
Method
- Shake and strain all ingredients with ice
- Discard ice and dry shake
- Pour over ice
