Boplaas 12 year old Potstill Reserve Brandy
Made from early-picked Colombard grapes grown in the rugged Klein Karoo and fermented cool to preserve fine white fruit aromas, the wine is double distilled in a 100-year-old copper still and matured for 12 years in a mix of old Limousin oak and Portuguese Port casks. Deep amber in colour with reddish copper hue, the nose presents layers of ripe stone fruit, caramelised pear, chamomile, and toasted pecan.
