Distilled entirely from estate-grown Chenin Blanc and double distilled in copper, this 10-year-old expression is matured for a decade in third-fill red-wine oak barrels on the Somerset West estate. It pours a glowing golden caramel, reflecting its age and wood influence. The bouquet is clean yet richly inviting, offering cedar, vanilla, and subtle dried fruit edges. On the palate, herbaceous floral notes weave through flavours of baked apple, stone fruit and a gentle spiciness, underscored by silky oak.
